2017 Fitness Goals

Everyone has different fitness goals but maintaining a healthy lifestyle is what most people strive for.  Whether you’re already fit or just getting back in shape, the New Year always presents an opportunity for new fitness goals.  I don’t believe in New Years resolutions.  I believe in making goals for myself.


My 2017 Fitness Goals:

Goal #1: Eating healthier.

Goal #2: Get stronger. 

Goal #3: Drink more water.

Goal #4: Make fitness a part of my daily routine. 

Goal #5: Train for an event.

I’m staying on top of my fitness goals this year with these 6 easy workouts.

I first start with a 30 minute run.
